Family Reunion (A Little Late)

Our family reunion in Wayne, OK was so much fun! We made a sweeping trip there and back in one day, but it was worth it. We have not been able to make it to one of these family reunions in several years. I was so glad to see some of my cousins that I rarely get to see. I miss them so much! I wish that we could live closer to them so that we could spend more time together. When I was growing up, I always considered my cousins to be like siblings. I wish that they could know my kids and be able to share our everyday lives with each other a little more easily. It was really good to see all of my aunts and uncles and Grandparents. This reunion is actually a Cousin's Reunion for my mom, her siblings, and all of their cousins. However, we all crash it all of the time. It's really for everyone, but they are the ones that plan the whole thing.

We had a fun auction this year. I won my Great-Grandmother's casserole dish. I was so excited.

I put a few pictures on here for you to see. Can you imagine how crazy it was trying to get all of these pictures? We did individual families and family groups! Crazy!!! I was most proud of my capturing these next two pictures of 10 of our 15 grandkids from my family. It is not easy to get all 15 of them in one place at one time, much less get a good picture of all of them. I was so excited when I saw these 10 up on this little jungle gym thing! They were all so sweet as to oblige me and pose for a couple of very quick pictures. I hope you enjoy!!!
