Okay! We took Joseph 13 days ago for a weight check at the Dr's office. At that point he had lost a few ounces and weighed 7lb 6oz. I took him today for his 2 week appointment. He weighed 9lb 6oz. Yes, that is correct! He gained 2 lbs in only 13 days!!!!! That is crazy. He is a good eater and he acts like he really enjoys it. He is starting to stay awake a little more now. I know that I am partial, but I think he is pretty precious. Here are some pictures from this afternoon. You can compare them with the pictures on the blog from his arrival. I'm not sure you can really tell the difference, but he looks so different in person from what he did when he was born.
A quick note to thank my precious husband for the previous post. He is so sweet and none of what I have accomplished in school, as a mother, or as a nurse would have been possible without him! I love you so much David!!!!
