I made some salsa a few weeks ago. I put everything into the blender. When it was finished blending I tasted it. It was really good!!! I was so excited because I'd been craving salsa for several days. I twisted the pitcher from the base of the blender, but when I pulled up, the bottom of the pitcher stayed connected to the base. Which means I had this:
Actually, it was a lot messier than that because I had already cleaned quite a bit when I decided to take these pictures. It was so frustrating. I ended up throwing away my blender because the salsa was all down in the base!!! Oh well, I got a new blender out of it all!

WHAT A MESS!!!! I would have thrown the blender away too! I have thrown many things away instead of cleaning them up, such a waste, but much, much easier!
Bummer. I was craving fresh salsa the other day too and almost cried when I realized I had forgotten to buy 1 ingredient. I probably would have really fallen apart if I'd finished making it and that happened. Maybe I'm too emotional about my food.....
