Now, onto the movie. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! In fact, if everything works out, two of my sisters will be going to see it with me next weekend. Halfway through the movie I looked at David and said "I will own this movie." Then, when we got home, I downloaded the music to my iPod. I'm loving it. I do sometimes feel like I'm the only cheesy, hopeless romantic left out there. I love all of the feel good movies. And, I will never pass up a musical. It helps that I was raised watching and appreciating musicals of all kinds. Thanks, Mom & Dad!!! At one point in the movie, I was crying and I was trying to be discreet, but I was unsuccessful. I asked David if I was the only one in the whole theater crying. He didn't think so, but I was unable to find anyone else who looked as if they were crying. I felt a little silly, but then I started thinking about how thankful I am that God made me such an emotional being. I get made fun of for it A LOT!!! Mostly by people I love dearly, so it doesn't hurt too bad. But, this IS one thing about myself that I really do love, and I'm just now growing up enough to realize that I don't need to listen to those people. I like ME!!! Anyway, all that to say, I LOVED THE MOVIE AND I'M PROUD OF IT!!!
If you are planning to see it or have seen it, let me know what you think. If not, and you think I'm crazy, please don't comment.

We will definitely be making an appearance in a theater soon to watch that one. Mitch and I both love musicals, so we are excited that it's out.
Can you believe I've never seen mamma Mia!! I'm so glad you loved it and had fun! Way to go Daivd!!
I think you should go order your husband his Man card from OfficialManCard.com, he deserves it.
I'm so excited to go see this movie with you!! We never get to do that anymore and I'm soo looking forward to it. Don't worry...you won't be the only one in the theater crying this time!!! ;)
I, too, saw the movie Friday evening with a girlfriend. It was FANTASTIC. You are NOT the only one that cried :) David was NOT the only man that went (although neither of our husbands went with us!) - bravo for him - and you!! We laughed through the whole thing - except when we cried - and LOVED every minute of it. We went straight to Walmart to buy the soundtrack. My sisters & I will be seeing it together in a couple of weeks when we go to Chicago on a family road trip.
Thanks for sharing the sweet story.
