Joseph has a stomach bug!!! YUCK! I hate stomach bugs. Even though I am a nurse, I hate cleaning up vomit. It's especially bad when it's the baby who can't tell you when he's about to throw up and he can't make it to the potty. I think the throwing up is over for now. He hasn't done it since early this morning, but he has started having diarrhea! I can handle that. It's at least contained to his diaper. Please, just pray that none of the rest of us get this. I had to take off work today to stay home in order to try and not pass it on to my parents. Ugghhh!!! I really need to finish screening the kindergartner's at school (please pray for patience with that).
On another note, David started a new job yesterday. He will be doing the same thing he did at Healthsouth Rehab Hospital as a clinical liaison, but he is working for the Methodist Health System now. They just opened up a new rehab hospital right next to Charlton Methodist Hospital in Duncanville. He is excited about the new job. However, he is not supposed to take any time off for the first 90 days he is employed there. So, we are hoping that he doesn't get the stomach stuff. He will be based out of Methodist Dallas. It's a little farther away, but not bad at all. He is excited because they have a Level II Trauma Center there. He is happy that he will get some more exciting patients to do evals for. I think he's just excited to be exposed to Trauma once again. He says that he isn't missing the clinical aspect of nursing just yet. We'll see. He may follow the business/marketing path after all.
And finally, I wanted to wish two of my best friends a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Megan's birthday is today and Staci's is tomorrow. I was a little more organized last year for their birthday's and put up a picture and all, but that's not happening today. Too busy cleaning up you know what!!!
I hope you all have a wonderful day/week. :)

Hey! I was just starting to worry about you 'cause you hadn't blogged or commented in so long! I guess things aren't great, but I'm glad you're still out there. Good luck with the stomach bug - I hope the rest of you don't get it!
Oh no! I will be praying that no one else gets sick with this. And thanks for the birthday wishes. I'll let the picture slide for this year. :)
Congrats to David!!!
