Girls Weekend

Okay, so I hate to post once again without any pictures, but the camera dilemma remains. Actually, I take that back! At our girl's weekend last weekend Suzanne loaned me a camera because they are tired of these posts without pictures. However, I still don't have any pictures from the weekend, so you'll have to check out Staci, Megan, or Suzanne's blogs for those. I will post soon with some cute pictures of my boys who are all growing too incredibly fast!

We had a FABULOUS time together. The best part was being around my Christian friends who know me practically inside/out and feeling so comfortable. None of us are afraid to share what we are thinking or feeling and sometimes it's nice to be around people who can be brutally honest with you without hurting your feelings. We shared some really special times together and I can't wait for the next one.

In other news, I am trying to get so much done this week and next before I start my new job!!! I'm getting excited, but of course, still a little nervous. I am just hoping to get through the first month or so getting all of my files organized and getting into the swing of things. Please just pray that nothing major happens until my feet are a little planted!

David will also be starting a new job the same day as I will. We will both be on a Monday-Friday schedule and we are ECSTATIC!!! No more shift work for us for now. He will be a Rehab Liason for HealthSouth Rehab Hospital in Arlington! His job will be to assess patients and their charts, after getting a referral from social workers at certain hospitals, to see if they meet the criteria for rehab at HealthSouth. After that it turns into a marketing piece where he will try to sale HealthSouth to the patient/family. We are also excited about this job because his base salary will be $10K more than he made last year, plus he gets monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses! Praise God for open doors and new opportunities for us to start fresh and share Him with new people. Please pray that David and I will both let our lights shine for Christ everyday!

JB - sounds like things are working out wonderfully for my two favorite nurses! That job sounds like a great fit for DW, and you are going to love the public schools - I just know it. Praise God for his faithfulness...and for his loving kindness to us!

P.S. Susan - it doesn't like me either.
