Surgery Time

We went this morning for our pre-op stuff. Lafe got to see where we will go in the morning and chose the flavor for his medicine. I still don't think he really understands what is going on. He's just concerned about getting to eat popsicles when he wakes up after Dr. Miller fixes him. He will be Dr. Miller's first case for the day. We will be at the hospital at 6:30 am and the surgery is set to begin at 7:30 am. We will probably not get to see him until after 9:00 am. I will be sure to update everyone after we get home and post some pictures (if I remember my camera that early in the morning). We really appreciate all of you who have shown your concern and have already been praying in advance for this to be a positive and easy experience. David and I feel very at peace about the operation, we are just apprehensive about the recovery. Please keep the prayers coming!!!
